Patient Information

Everything you need for your visit, in one place

What to Expect on Your First Visit

Starting with a new physician can feel like a lot — so we've designed your first visit to be calm, unhurried, and genuinely welcoming. Plan for about 45 minutes, most of which is spent simply talking with your physician about your health history, current concerns, and goals.

There's no rushing here. We want to get to know you as a person, not just review a chart, so we can build a care plan that actually fits your life.
